For years, Guernsey breeders have believed their milk has something special—and they were right. Guernsey milk is different from regular white milk in many ways. Research shows it has more protein, cream, vitamin D, vitamin A, and calcium. Its golden color comes from a high amount of beta-carotene.

Most Guernsey cows produce milk with A2 protein, which some people who can’t tolerate regular milk might handle better. When this A2 milk is raw and unpasteurized, containing good bacteria, it offers added benefits.

A2 milk may help with allergies, gut issues, skin problems, and possibly behavior in some children. Most commercial milk in the U.S. contains A1 protein, while Guernsey Gold milk has the better A2 protein.

Guernsey milk is premium and natural, rich in beta-carotene, Omega-3, calcium, and A2 protein. Guernsey cows get these nutrients naturally from grass, clean water, and sunlight—no special feed needed.
